The Supreme Court has approved an "additional and final postponement" of the definite and final disposal of the ammonia tank in Haifa until September 18th, and determined that the emptying would be carried out "in any method approved by the Ministry of Environment Protection and the security authorities."
The court rejected the appeal filed by Israel Chemicals against the ruling of the District Court obliging it to empty the container.
