Turkish president Tayyip Erdogan said today that the Israeli government decision to remove the magnetometers from the entrances to Temple Mount was a step in the right direction but was still inadequate.
In a speech at an Ankara rally, Erdogan said that Israel was gaining from Muslim weakness and performing illegal activities in Jerusalem. "We will not be silent on the situation at Al-Aqsa," he added.
