Deputy Foreign Minister Tzipi Hotovely (Likud) on Tuesday related to the controversy surrounding the placement of the magnetometers on the Temple Mount, after the Cabinet decided they would be removed.
Speaking on the BBC, Hotovely explained that Israel had to put security measures on the Temple Mount because of the recent terrorist attack in which two Druze police officers were murdered.
