Three Kalkilya Arabs were arrested on suspicion of stealing a two-wheeled vehicle.
The three were travelling in a van in Kfar Saba and refused to comply with police who asked them to stop. The police felt endangered and shot in the air and the van then stopped.
After police pursued them on foot, the three were apprehended and taken for investigation.
