A Cairo court on Saturday sentenced 28 people to death for killing Egypt's top prosecutor in 2015.
Fifteen others received 25 years in jail.
Public Prosecutor Hisham Barakat was killed by a car bomb in Cairo. However, both the Muslim Brotherhood and Hamas denied responsibility for the attack.
