A car containing weapons including an explosive device was caught at a police checkpoint north of Haifa. The 30-year-old driver, who is associated with a criminal named Michael Moore, tried to evade the checkpoint but was arrested.
Police believe the items were designated for use between criminals in the region who have an ongoing feud.
