A bill proposed by MK Anat Barko(Likud) will prevent the state from funding medical care for Arabs who participated in terrorist activity.
Barko explained that "It's unthinkable that a resident of Sakhnin should travel to ISIS and return without a leg and the citizens of Israel should fund his medical treatment. Isn't it enough that he brought the ISIS ideology to Israel?"
