The Environment Ministry was astonished to hear from the media that the State Comptroller's office had transferred information to the Attorney General regarding suspicions of criminal activity in ammonia supply.
The ministry added that "all activities of the ministry regarding this matter were based on recommendations of the experts on this issue and were coordinated with legal officials in light of the fact that the matter was discussed in various legal panels."
