Seventeen Turkish soldiers were injured after a hand-made explosive detonated during a military vehicle passage in the eastern province of Hakkari today, Thursday, the Turkish Armed Forces said, according to Hurriyet Daily News.
Conflict News reported that the explosion was a PKK attack.
