The Government is surrendering to the ... murderers"

Attorney and Land of Israel activist Itamar Ben-Gvir was stopped by the police on Sunday, when he sought to go to the Temple Mount.

Referring to Friday's murder of two policemen, Ben-Gvir told Arutz Sheva at the Zion Gate a short time later, "The Arabs who murdered, who attacked, who committed acts of terror are receiving a prize. They're going up to the Temple Mount" while they make all sorts of excuses for Jews not to go. He concluded, "The government of Israel is surrendering to the Waqf [Muslim authority on the Temple Mount], is surrendering to the murderers, [and] gives a prize to terror on the Temple Mount."
