A brush fire is spreading towards the Canaan district in Tzfat. As a result of the fire, one of the buildings has caught fire and there is at least one person trapped there.
Four buildings and a number of cars have been damaged. Six fire engines are active at the scene and police are evacuating residents of nearby buildings.
