A ceremony is scheduled for the Foreign Ministry on Tuesday for the signing of an agreement between Israel and Russia, under which immigrants from Russia will receive pensions from Russia for the work they did there before coming on aliyah.
It's the first such agreement from a member of the former Soviet Union. Negotiations are being held on similar arrangements with other members.
