Turnout for the first three hours of the Labor Party chairmanship election was about 18 percent of the more than 52,000 party members who are eligible to vote.
The race between former ministers Avi Gabbay and Amir Peretz is scheduled to last until 9:00 pm with the results to be announced shortly thereafter.
