The Palestinian Authority froze the salaries of 37 members of the Palestinian Legislative Council on behalf of Hamas, the Ma'an news agency reported.
According to assessments, the move is part of the pressure exerted by the Palestinian Authority on Hamas to get the organization to return control of Gaza to the PA.
