Former Labor Party chairwoman Shelly Yechimovich has called on members of the Labor Party to vote for Avi Gabbay in Monday's primaries to succeed Yitzhak Herzog as chairman.
Yechimovich said, "Think about the electric shock the political system will take if and when Avi Gabai is elected tomorrow tomorrow to head the party." She continued, "Think of those who sat Shiva on our party with joy, and gloated and mocked us. Think about our voters. Think of hope."
