The Jerusalem District Attorney submitted to the Jerusalem District Court an indictment against a Beit Shemesh resident on seven counts of attempted sodomy against his stepdaughter who was not yet 14 years of age, as well as multiple charges of indecent acts against her over a period of four years.
A number of similar charges of indecent acts against a minor were also made regarding the friend of his stepdaughter.
The accused is also charged with attempts to subvert justice. After he became aware of the police investigation against him, he repeatedly pleaded with his wife to persuade the complainants to go to the police and claim that they lied and framed him.
