Jerusalem:20-year-old youth held on rape charges

A 20-year-old youth was arrested on suspicion of raping and committing indecent acts with a 14-year-old girl whom he employed to sell flags before Independence Day.

The Prosecutor is expected to submit charges against him on Sunday.
