The Ministerial legislative committee will discuss Sunday the bill proposed by MK Moti Yogev, which will grant recognition as disabled soldiers to any soldier who was held captive by an enemy.
This status would automatically give them a 20% disability with all the entailing rights. Moreover if a soldier will die in captivity as a result of certain diseases which the law details, he would be recognized as having died in combat.
