A day before the meeting between United States President Donald Trump and Russian President Vladimir Putin, Russia has announced that it would reconsider its relations with the United States following President Trump's remarks that Russia was destabilizing North Korea.
A Kremlin spokesman said "We are waiting for the Putin-Trump meeting tomorrow, so they will be able to express their true opinions, rather than what was said in the media."
