Israel Railways has signed two new labor agreements with the union of its employees, the Transit Workers' Union and the Histadrut Labor Federation.
One of the agreements deals in compensation for workers related to the relocation of the railroad's offices from Tel Aviv to Lod. The other protects workers' rights following closing of the passenger-service division and creation of the inspectors' and stations divisions.
