Two Central region residents were arrested on suspicion of stealing from tens of senior citizens in Jerusalem and in the Central region.
The two would follow old people on their way home and then use a ruse. They would knock on the doors of houses, ask to change a 200 NIS bill and then snatch the purses from their victims.
