MK Itzik Shmuli, a member of the Labor and Social Affairs committee , responded to the death of an 80-year-old man who allegedly suffered abuse in an Or Yehuda senior citizens home. Shmuli stated that "the Health Ministry administration failed miserably and somebody must take responsibility. One case and then another case and they don't do anything to curb the abuse in retirement homes."
