The Supreme Court rejected on Monday evening the request of the Samarian Jewish community of Ofra to to join as a respondent to a petition against the Regulation Law for Jewish communities in Judea and Samaria.
Justice Neal Hendel noted in his decision that Ofra is part of the Binyamin Regional Council, which is already a respondent.
