A Palestinian Authority resident was moderately wounded by Israel Defense Forces gunfire when he tried to throw a block at troops during violent riots near the village of Al-Mughayyir in the Ramallah area, according to Yediot Ahronot.
He was evacuated by PA medical personnel.
