Coalition head David Bitan removed the proposal termed the "Beit El Law" from the agenda and it will not be voted on in the ministerial legislative committee.
The proposal states that any commitment to build which was given in conjunction with the demolition of houses, such as the commitments made to residents of Beit El, Migron and Amona, must be implemented immediately without relation to any political or foreign policy considerations.
The proposal was initiated by heads of the Land of Israel caucus in the Knesset, Yoav Kish(Likud) and Betzalel Smotrich(Jewish Home).
