A Petach Tikva Magistrates Court judge has accepted the State Prosecutor's Office's request and decided that the police won't return the documents that they confiscated from Ehud Olmert.
The sensitive security documents were discovered following a visit by an attorney to the cell where Olmert is serving a sentence on a corruption conviction from the time he was mayor of Jerusalem.
