The parents of the children in the Hemato-Oncology Department at Hadassah Hospital have rejected the Supreme Court's mediation proposal during the hearing on their petition against the hospital and its director.
The judges proposed to the parties that an intensive mediation process be conducted by retired judge Elyakim Rubinstein.
