A hearing is scheduled at the Supreme Court Tuesday on a petition by the parents of the children from the Hadassah Hospital's Juvenile Hemato-Oncology Department to allow the doctors who resigned to open a similar ward at Shaare Zedek Medical Center.
Additional requests in the petition include immediately dismissing Hadassah's executive director and stopping bone-marrow transplants in the adult department.
