A Columbian citizen, aged 24, was arrested on suspicions of stealing thousands of shekels.
She entered Israel on a phony passport and worked with two other Columbian citizens, who all came to Israel specifically to carry out the ploy.
The two other Columbians escaped Israel, and Israeli Police together with Interpol are working to locate them.
