Prime Minister Netanyahu discussed the IDF attack in Syria during the cabinet meeting Sunday.
"This was a response to mortar shelling in our territory. Our policy is clear. We do not accept any kind of trickling attacks, rockets or any type of shooting. We respond sharply to every attack on our territory or our citizens.
"We also condemn attempts by Iran to establish military presence in Syria and the attempts to equip Hezbollah with advanced weaponry via Syria and Lebanon," said the prime minister.
