46 soldiers serving at the Shizafon base in southern Israel were sentenced on Tuesday to periods of confinement ranging from 14 days to 28 days.
The soldiers were tried as part of a recent wave of false reports of skin lesions on the part of soldiers serving at the base. In addition, it was decided to remove two soldiers from combat positions.
