About 4,000 employees of the Clal Insurance Group, one of the largest insurance and pension companies in Israel, continue to shut down the company today.
The strike began on Sunday, after the company's management chose not to advance negotiations with the Histadrut Labor Federation and workers' representatives on a new collective bargaining agreement. The previous pact expired at the end of 2016.
