The Movement for Quality Government in Israel has petitioned to Deputy Attorney General Dina Silber in a call for a time limit in the appointment of the rabbi of the Western Wall and the holy places, as is customary in all senior positions in the public service.
In a letter sent to Silber, the movement was also asked to act against the government's proposal to allow the Kotel rabbi to engage in fundraising.
