An investigative committee established to determine the circumstances of the death of 21-year-old Elchanan Brezner three months ago in the Jordan Valley concluded that the exercise he was involved in was not the direct cause of his death from heart failure
However the investigation revealed lies and inaccuracies in the preparation of the exercise and its conclusions led to the demotion of a number of officers.
