The Ministry of Education issued an update to the regulations regarding the employment of replacement teachers in schools, against the backdrop of allegations that a teacher sexually abused students at an educational institution in Tel Aviv.
According to the guidelines, potential replacements must be thoroughly examined and existing staff who prefer additional hours of work should be preferred.
