Elkin to the Russians: This is your opportunity

Environmental Minister Zeev Elkin(Likud) spoke Thursday at an event at the Russian embassy in honor of Russia's national day.

Elkin, in his role as Minister of Jerusalem affairs, offered the Russian ambassador the opportunity to overtake the US and be the first to transfer their embassy to Jerusalem, after the US deferred the transfer by half a year.

Elkin concluded by proclaiming "This year in rebuilt Jerusalem."
