A 22-year-old man driving a car near the village of Lehavim in the south was stopped for a routine police check.
Police discovered that the youth's license had been revoked for 12 months and he has a 6-month suspended sentence.
The driver was arrested for interrogation and jailed. He will be brought for remand Friday at the Beersheva traffic court.
