At the ceremony marking his retirement from the Supreme Court, Deputy Court President Elyakim Rubinstein will read two judgments.
One deals with the minimal living space for a prisoner in a prison, and the second prohibits publication of the list of items that are forbidden for possession in the Holot detention facility in the Negev for illegal infiltrators. Both petitions were filed by the leftist organization "The Association for Civil Rights in Israel".
