Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu and President Ibrahim Boubacar Keïta of Mali have agreed to "warm" relations between Israel and Mali.
Mali is a Muslim state with which Israel has no diplomatic relations. The two met in Liberia on the sidelines of the Economic Community of Western African States conference.
