Abdelrahman Shadid, who runs a Hamas-linked prisoner advocacy group in Gaza, says dozens of prisoners formerly held by Israel did not receive June salaries from the Palestinian Authority, according to the Associated Press.
It was not clear if the stipends have stopped indefinitely. The PA government was not available for comment.
