Philippines police announced that the armed man who opened fire at a Manilla casino on Friday was a citizen of the country, aged 42, who was addicted to gambling and heavily in debt.
36 people were killed in the attack. ISIS claimed responsibility for the attack, but the Filipino president emphasized that ISIS was not connected to the attack.
