Syrian army gains control of 90% of Raqqa-area town

The US-backed Syrian National Defense Forces announced they had gained control of 90% of Mansoura and are making progress along the Euphrates River's southern bank.

Mansoura is southwest of ISIS' "capital" city of Raqqa.
