Former MK Moshe Feiglin, the leader of the Zehut party, sharply criticized Prime Minister Netanyahu over the US decision to delay transferring the US embassy to Jerusalem.
Feiglin said that Netanyahu "with his own hands thwarted the transfer of the American embassy to Jerusalem and caused Trump not to fulfill his commitment to transfer the embassy.
Feiglin quoted a Fox News reporter as saying that "everyone I spoke with in Washington about the transfer of the embassy said that Binyamin Netanyahu told the president not to transfer the embassy at this stage."
Feiglin added that the result of this would be increased American pressure to divide Jerusalem.
