Chairman Haim Bibas of the Union of Local Authorities announced on Thursday the introduction of cheaper social afternoon care in all localities around the country at a cost of up to NIS 650.
According to the Bibas plan, the state will also subsidize the social programs at a price of between NIS 150 and NIS 350, in accordance with the Minister of Finance's declaration and the socio-economic ranking of the local authority.
