A bill to place government control on the prices of summer camps run by local authorities passed their final readings in the Knesset on Monday without opposition.
The bill is scheduled to take effect in the summer of 2018. Sponsor Yifat Shasha-Biton joined the director-general of the Interior Ministry in calling on local authorities to reduce prices already this summer.
