Palestinian Arab students tried, unsuccessfully, to interrupt a lecture by Israel’s Consul General in New York, Dani Dayan, at a local college.
The incident took place Thursday evening at the City College of New York campus. Dayan arrived at the campus for a conversation with students, when a group of about 20 students interrupted and shouted “Free Palestine” while waving the Palestine Liberation Organization (PLO) flag.
