This text was written nine years ago by Haaretz reporter Benny Tziper, who targeted the Habad movement for placing Tefillin on people walking the streets.
However the Habad newspaper "Kfar Habad" boasts a picture of Tziper himself with a Habad activist and wearing Tefillin. The activist claimed that Tzipper 'thanked him profusely for the chance to wear Tefillin at the Western Wall."
