There has been a sharp rise in housing investments in Judea and Samaria. During 2014-2015 the budgets were negative, during 2013 81.9 million NIS were invested in Judea and Samaria and during 2012, 89.8 million NIS were invested.

In stark contrast, 2016 saw a 171.8 million NIS investment in Judea and Samaria during the first nine months of the year.

Similar increases in investment were reported in the Interior Ministry and the transport infrastructure.
