Two eastbound lanes of traffic on Highway 44 have been closed to traffic due to a fire in the Holon industrial zone.
A 40-year-old man was seriously injured in the fire, which broke out in a junkyard where Route 44 runs parallel to Hasadna Street. The Magen David Adom emergency service evacuated him to Tel Hashomer Hospital.
