Former President Moshe Katzav will stay under house arrest after the Parole Board rejected his request to cancel the house arrest.
Police and the prosecution had opposed removing the house arrest conditions of Katzav, even though the Committee for Rehabilitation of Prisoners said he fulfilled the conditions for cancelling house arrest.
